As reputable breeders, we do not believe in treating dogs as merely a way to make money but believe all dogs should get the time, attention and companionship of humans and other dogs. We do not believe in dog runs so our dogs free run in our home together like a normal pack would. We also use guardian homes to give people the opportunity to have the dog of their dreams without the price tag. These guardian homes are always carefully selected to ensure the best care will be taken and include visits and check ins to ensure they are all happy and healthy. All of our puppies are raised in our home and in our main living spaces so that they are exposed to all of the goings on of a regular household and with the love and attention from all age groups. They are trained to keep their inside play and sleep area clean and potty free and to use a doggy door so that they know grass is where the pottying happens.
What We Provide
Davis family doodles believes in starting our puppies out on the right foot so that you have a great foundation for your new pet. We work very closely with our vet to ensure our dogs are getting everything they need at all times and would be happy to provide a vet reference if needed. When your pup comes to you, you can expect them to arrive with a two-year genetic health guarantee, microchip, full vet check, regular deworming, and up to date of vaccinations. We also have continued support and are always available to answer questions that you may have. Our private Facebook group just for our puppy parents provides a fun way for us to keep up with our babies and give our families the joy of seeing littermates and other pups from us grow and live great lives. All puppies are sold with a spay and neuter contract unless other arrangements are made with an approved breeding program. Contact us first if breeding is something you are interested in.
Guarantee & Genetic Testing
Another thing that sets us apart is our 2 year health guarantee. While many breeders only cover death or certain extreme ailments, ours covers anything that is a major impact on the pet’s life. It is also 2 years instead of the standard 1 year guarantee. Our confidence to offer the additional guarantee comes from our genetic testing and our great health of our parent dogs as well as the drive to do what is right. Our testing covers over 150 genetic conditions that are both broad and breed relevant. We also do additional OFA and other testing that may be relevant for an individual parent dog to ensure the best health of our breeding moms and dads.
